Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients are granted ownership of the final deliverables. Strideck reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

Limitation of Liability

Strideck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

2. Cancellation and Refund

Service Satisfaction

At Strideck, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design and development services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 5 days of project completion to discuss your concerns.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled by the client before commencement, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If the delivered services do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will make reasonable efforts to address the issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be offered, considering the work already completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: After approval and commencement of the project, if the client decides to discontinue the project for reasons unrelated to service quality.
  • Delayed Feedback: If delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.

Refund Process

3. Shipping and Delivery

Digital Deliverables

As a provider of digital services, Strideck delivers all final project files electronically. Upon completion and full payment, deliverables will be sent via secure email links or through a designated project management platform.

Delivery Timeline

The delivery timeline for each project will be outlined in the project proposal and agreed upon before commencement. Timely delivery is contingent upon the client’s prompt provision of required materials and feedback.

No Physical Shipping

Since our services pertain to digital products, no physical shipping is involved. All communications and deliveries are conducted electronically.
